Easy Exchange Procedure

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange it - we will ship your new items FREE of charge (within the United States). Due to government regulations items such as bed linens, towels, and other hygienic items must in original packaging and in new unwashed condition to qualify for return or exchange. Upon receipt of your order please verify that the color, size and any warranty issues are noted prior to washing.

Warranty Items

Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same or comparable item when the defective item is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of purchase. 
 
Return & Exchange Restriction Policies
Due to the nature of our business any item that is not in the original packaging and/or has been used or washed will not be eligible for a refund due to government regulations. To qualify for a return or exchange products must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of purchase at customer expense. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective item is returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. An explanation of the defect must be noted prior to authorization being granted. Upon receipt of your order, please verify the color, size and identify any defects prior to washing, we will not accept washed sheets for return or exchange.
 
We cannot accept used or custom items for return or exchange. Please do not wash or use the merchandise until you are sure that you are not returning or exchanging it. If a soiled item is returned to us, we will return it to the customer at his or her expense. Non stock items such as silk sheets and silk robes are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved amount to the credit card used to make the purchase. Credit for returns will be calculated based upon the purchase price less shipping, minus a 15% restocking fee.
