Complimentary Replacement for Defective Products: In the event you receive a defective product, we offer complimentary shipping for your replacement item. Items such as bed linens, towels, and other hygienic products must be returned in their original packaging and in an unwashed, like-new condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Please ensure your product selection is precise before placing your order.
Order Accuracy: If an order is mistakenly placed for the wrong color or size, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. We kindly request that you carefully review your order details, including color, size, and any potential warranty issues, before finalizing your purchase. Additionally, please verify your shipping address details, including the street address and phone number, to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used or laundered. This complies with government regulations.
- Timeframe: Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense, except for defective products as mentioned above.
- Defective Merchandise: Defective items can be exchanged for the same item if returned within 7 days of delivery. Defects must be reported and authorization granted before returning the item.
Inspection Upon Receipt:
- Verify Before Use: Upon receiving your order, please verify the color, size, and check for any defects before laundering. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for washed sheets.
- Usage: Please refrain from using or laundering the merchandise until you are certain you will not be returning or exchanging it.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used Items: Items that have been used or laundered are not eligible for return or exchange. If a soiled item is returned, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

However, it's important to note that the actual product colors may exhibit slight variations when compared to their digital counterparts on your computer screen. Refund Process:
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card).
- Deductions: Refunds will be calculated based on the purchase price, less shipping and transaction fees, with an additional 10% restocking fee deducted.
