Easy Exchange Procedure

In the event you receive a defective product and seek to return or exchange it, we offer complimentary shipping for your replacement item within the United States. However, in accordance with government regulations, items such as bed linens, towels, and other hygienic products must be returned in their original packaging and in an unwashed, like-new condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Warranty Coverage

Defective merchandise can be exchanged for an identical or comparable item when the defective product is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the size you select when placing your order is accurate. For a perfect fit and customization, feel free to email us your bed measurements upon placing the order. Upon receiving your order, kindly review the color, size, and potential warranty issues before laundering the items. 

Return & Exchange Policies

Considering the nature of our business, items that are not returned in their original packaging or have been used or laundered are ineligible for a refund, as per government regulations. For a return or exchange to be eligible, products must be sent back within 7 days from the date of delivery at the customer's expense. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item if returned within 7 days of delivery.

Used or custom items cannot be accepted for return or exchange. If a soiled item is returned to us, we will return it to the customer at their expense. Once we have received, inspected, and approved your return for a refund, the approved amount will be credited to the PayPal or Credit Card used for the initial purchase. In adherence to our stringent policy, once the transaction is complete, no returns or exchanges are permitted for the purchased item under any circumstances. Refund for eligible returns will be calculated based on the purchase price, less shipping and transaction fees.
